1.this anti-corruption standard has been developed in order to prevent corruption manifestations in the activities of the state institution "Office of the Akim of Mendykarinsky district" and increase zero tolerance for corruption manifestations among its employees.

3.1 when exercising the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the field affected by anti-corruption standards:

3.3 when preparing proposals for draft normative legal acts.

prevent the adoption of normative legal acts for the purpose of profit for themselves and third parties.

resist actions that harm the interests of the state, hinder the work of state bodies and reduce their effectiveness;
prevention of errors and other offenses established by law that are subject to disciplinary, administrative or criminal liability;
compliance with business ethics and rules of official conduct;

At the same time, the civil servant must immediately inform the above-mentioned persons and bodies in writing about their incitement to anti-corruption offenses by other persons;
to carry out civil and business activities incompatible with the performance of state functions; as well as to receive remuneration from individuals and legal entities for the performance of official duties;
