About appointment for March 16, 2021 of elections
of the akim of Aleshinsky rural district of Mendykarinsky district

In accordance with paragraph 1), paragraph 2, paragraph 10 of Article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148-II "On local State administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", in connection with the election of the deputy of the district maslikhat of the akim of the Aleshinsky rural district of the Mendykarinsky district, the Mendykarinsky district Election Commission decides:
Appoint for March 16, 2021 the election of the akim of the Aleshinsky rural district of the Mendykarinsky district.
2. Set deadlines:
2.1. nomination of candidates for akims from February 13 to February 17, 2021.
2.2. registration of candidates for akims from February 13 to February 27, 2021.
To approve the calendar plan of the main events for the preparation and conduct of the elections of the akim of the Aleshinsky rural district of the Mendykarinsky district.
4. Conduct election events in accordance with the The Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148-II "On local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
5. Send this resolution to the akim of the Mendykarinsky district, the secretary of the Mendykarinsky district maslikhat.
6.Publish this resolution in the district newspaper "Mendikara uni".
