According to paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the mass media and users of online platforms must announce and publish information on the amount of payment and conditions for the placement of campaign materials provided on the website no later than five days before the start of election campaigning, that is, by October 27, 2026. on a contractual basis, as well as submit them to the territorial election commission.
The mass media and users of the online platform who provide airtime, print space and information on a contractual basis may not post or distribute campaign materials from political parties that have nominated party lists or candidates in single-mandate territorial electoral districts until information on the amount of payment and conditions for the placement of campaign materials is published.
