In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:

1. Approve the attached Regulations on the state institution "Department of state architectural and construction control of the akimat of Kostanay region".
2. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of signature.
