Resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay region No. 3 dated January 6, 2022
Akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
1. To make the following amendment to the resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay region "On approval of the Regulations on the state institution "Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region" dated October 20, 2021 No. 481:
The regulation on the state institution "Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region", approved by the said resolution, should be set out in a new version according to the annex to this resolution.
2. The State institution "Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of the above Provision in the judicial authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law;
2) within twenty calendar days from the date of signing of this resolution, sending its copy in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the branch of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
3.To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Kostanay region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
