In accordance with Article 127 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Protection and Use of objects of Historical and Cultural Heritage", the Rules for determining the protected zone, the zone of regulation of development and the zone of Protected Natural landscape of the monument of history and culture and the regime of their use, approved by the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2020 No. 86 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20395), the Akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
To approve the boundaries of the protected zone, the development regulation zone and the protected natural landscape zone of the historical and cultural monument of Kostanay region "Alekseevsky Archaeological Complex, Bronze Age", located in the city of Rudny, Kostanay region, according to the annex to this resolution.
The State institution "Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Kostanay region.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
