For 10 months of 2020, 71 requests were received (15 from individuals, 56 from legal entities), which is 12 requests or 20.3% more than in the same period of 2019 – 59.
By type of requests received:

other – 11 (2019 – 15, a decrease of 26.6%).
In total, 63 applications were considered at the place of receipt, and the following decisions were made: 16 were

terminated.

There were no repeated requests during the specified period.
1 applicant was accepted at a personal reception.
The largest number of requests were received on the following issues:
approval of the zoning coefficient; professional development of employees.
At the same time, 36 requests (10 months of 2019 – 17) were received through the e-government portal, which is 50.7% of the total number of requests.
26 requests were received from higher authorities (45 in 10 months of 2019).
Personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities is carried out in accordance with the quarterly schedule approved by the head of the Department. The schedule is published in social networks and posted on the official website of the Department.
For 10 months of 2020, 1 request was registered from the personal reception of the head of the Department.
By the nature of the questions voiced by applicants at a personal reception, the largest number of requests is received for refinancing mortgage housing loans.
