In May 2022, the Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) received 10 appeals from individuals and legal entities, of which:

In total, 8 appeals were considered at the place of receipt, on which a decision was made:

2 appeals have been redirected to other bodies for consideration by competence, 0 are under consideration.
By the nature of the appeal, it was received on issues of real estate, public procurement, digitalization of the activities of state bodies, on issues of economics and budget planning and debt collection.
There were no repeated requests during the specified period.
There were no applicants at a personal reception with the management of the Department.
Personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities is carried out in accordance with the quarterly schedule approved by the head of the Department. The schedule is published on social networks and posted on the official website of the Department.
