On the recognition of some resolutions of the akimat as invalid
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the Akimat of Kostanay region DECIDES:
Recognize as invalid:
1) Resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay region" On determining the conditions, volume and purpose of the issue of government securities by the local executive body of Kostanay region " dated April 6, 2020 No. 132 (published on April 9, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9086);
2) Resolution of the Akimat of Kostanay region" On determining the conditions, volume and purpose of the issue of government securities by the local executive body of Kostanay region " dated April 14, 2020 No. 144 (published on April 14, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 9112).
The State institution "Management of finas of the Akimat of Kostanay region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Kostanay region after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy Akim of Kostanay region.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
