Fundamentals of the procedure for applying to individuals and legal entities
Article 33 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for the Implementation and protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests by sending appeals to state bodies and local self-government bodies.
This constitutional right of citizens is an expression of their will, a tool for protecting their interests and reflects the degree of the state's response to public requests and the effectiveness of feedback from the population.
Therefore, You, as a citizen and (or) a representative of a legal entity, have the right to apply to the relevant state body (organization) or official, including the Ministry of justice and territorial bodies of justice, within the framework of the issue/problem that is of interest and requires specific measures.
