On amendments to maslikhat decision from 02 September 2020 No. 425 "On approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens»
In accordance with article 6 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2020 № 554 "About modification of the decree of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 21 may 2013 No. 504 "On approval of the Standard rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens" Karasu district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the decision of maslikhat "On approval of Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens" from 02 September 2020 No. 425 (published 08 September 2020 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9431) following changes:
the Rules of rendering social help, establishment size and determine the list of separate categories of needing citizens approved this solution:
sub-item 8) item 7 in the Kazakh language should be reworded, the text in Russian does not change;
sub-paragraph 2) , paragraph 14 should be deleted;
paragraph 15 should be reworded:
"15. Documents are submitted in the original for verification, after which the original documents are returned to the applicant."
2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
