In accordance with articles 106 and 109 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Karasu district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following changes to the decision of the maslikhat "on the district budget of Karasu district for 2020-2022" dated December 27, 2019 No. 361 (published on December 31, 2019 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8853):
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. Approve the budget of the Karasu district for 2020-2022 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts:
1) income – 6 111 938.3 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues – 1 293 045,0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 7 101.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – KZT 6,038. 0 thousand;
transfer receipts – 4,805,754. 3 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 7 948 323,1 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 158,092. 2 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 181,067. 2 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 22,975. 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets – 53,676. 0 thousand tenge, including:
acquisition of financial assets – 53,676. 0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus)– - 2 048 153,0 thousands of tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 2,048,153. 0 thousand tenge.";
Annex 1 to the said decision should be amended in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
