In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 7 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 "on highways", the akimat of Karasu district DECIDES:
- Approve the list of public roads of regional significance of Karasu district according to the Appendix to this resolution.
- State institution "Department of housing and communal services, passenger transport, highways and housing inspection of Karasu district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Karasu district after its official publication.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the Karasu district.
- This resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
