About the approval of places of placement of non-stationary trade objects in the territory of the Karasu district

In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 Of the rules of internal trade approved by order of the acting Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11148), the akimat of the Karasu district DECIDES:

  1. Approve locations of non-stationary trade objects in the territory of the Karasu district, according to the Appendix to this resolution.
  2. State institution "Department of entrepreneurship of Karasu district akimat" to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Karasu district akimat after its official publication.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the supervising Deputy akim of the district.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
