In accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 "On certain issues of organizing the activities of state bodies and their structural subdivisions", the Akimat of Karasu district DECIDES:
1. To approve the attached Regulation on the state institution "The Office of the akim of the Karasu district".
2. The State institution "Office of Akim of Karasu district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of the above-mentioned Provision in the judicial authorities in accordance with the procedure established by law;
2) within five working days from the date of signing of this resolution, sending its copy in electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the branch of the republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Karasu district after its official publication.
3. Cancel the resolution of the Akimat of the Karasu district "On approval of the regulations on the state institution "Office of the akim of the Karasu district" dated April 8, 2022 No. 58.
4. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the head of the office of the akim of the Karasu district.
5. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
