About the approval of the project (scheme) of zoning of lands, boundaries of assessment zones and correction coefficients to basic rates of payment for land plots of settlements of the Karasu district
In accordance with Articles 8, 11 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Karasu district Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the project (scheme) of land zoning in the settlements of the Karasu district, in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision.
2. Approve the boundaries of the evaluation zones and correction coefficients to the basic rates of payment for land plots in settlements Karasu district, according to Annex 2 to this decision.
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
