He was born on June 2, 1987 in the village of Kushmurun, Auliekolsky district, Kostanay region. Higher education, Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, specialty physical culture and sports.
In public service since 2012: chief specialist of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Auliekolsky district, Department of Internal Policy, Department of employment and social programs of the city of Rudny, assistant to the akim of the city of Rudny, head of the Department of physical culture and Sports of the Uzunkolsky district, deputy akim of the Uzunkolsky district.
Since June 2023, the ethics Commissioner of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Kostanay region".

- explanatory work, provision of advisory assistance to civil servants on compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the areas of public service, anti-corruption and Code of Ethics;
- consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities on the facts of violation of the norms of official ethics by civil servants;
- protection and restoration of the rights and legitimate interests of civil servants;
- monitoring and control over compliance with the norms of professional ethics;
- analysis of the causes and conditions contributing to the commission of offenses, recommendations for their elimination;
- interaction with civil society institutions and government agencies.
