On approving the Regulations
about the state institution
"Apparatus of the mayor of Novopavlovka village"
In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2012 No. 410 "on approval of the Model regulations of the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Karasu district DECIDES:
Approve the attached Regulations on the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the village of Novopavlovka".
State institution "Apparatus of akim of the village of Novopavlovka" to ensure registration of the above Provision in the justice authorities in accordance with the current legislation.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
