State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Zhambyl rural district"
State Institution "Akim's Office of Zhambyl rural District" provides public services in the following types:
1. Placing preschool children (up to 7 years old) on the waiting list for referral to preschool organizations
2. Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas
3. Issuance of a certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of targeted social assistance.
4. Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement
5. Registration of changes in the name, patronymic, surname, including making changes, additions and corrections to the civil status records
6. Restoration of civil status records
7. Appointment of state targeted social assistance
8. Assignment of social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens by decisions of local representative bodies
9. Assignment of social assistance to social sphere specialists living and working in rural settlements for the purchase of fuel
10. Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot
11. Registration of the dissolution of marriage (matrimony), including amendments, additions and corrections to the civil status records.
12. Registration of marriage (matrimony), including amendments, additions and corrections to the civil status records.
13. Registration of adoption, including amendments, additions and corrections to the civil status records.
14. Registration of the establishment of paternity. Including the state.
15. Registration of the birth of a child, including making changes, additions and corrections to the civil status records.
16. Registration of death, including amendments, additions and corrections to the civil status records.
17. Cancellation of civil status records.
18.Making a decision on the provision of land from state ownership that does not require bidding (tenders, auctions)
For 2021, the following public services were provided:
1. "On changing the purpose of the land plot of Nikolai Sergeevich Geiko, located on the territory of the village of Zhambyl, Karasu district" – 1 service;
2. On changing the purpose of the land plot of Ivan Petrovich Shchurko, located on the territory of the village of Zhambyl, Karasu district" – 1 service;
3. Refusal of Lepko N.V. in "Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the settlement" - 1 service;
4. Issued EDS- 168;
5. During the year, the specialists of the akim's office organized a weekly training seminar on the topic "Provision of public services through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" and explanatory work on the provision of public services through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", 411 people are familiar with this information and practice.
The office of the akim of Zhambyl rural District did not receive complaints about the provision of public services for the specified period. Information about the services rendered is posted monthly on the website of the akim of the Karasu district and the information stand.
