Universal declaration
The State Revenue Department for the Karasu district informs that since January 1, 2021, a phased transition to universal declaration has begun in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main goals of the transition to universal declaration are: reduction of the shadow economy, improvement of social policy, reduction of corruption.
The property as of December 31 of the previous year is subject to declaration.
Property outside the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- immovable property, land plots and (or) land shares, air and sea vessels of inland navigation, river-sea navigation vessels,
- vehicles, special equipment and (or) trailers
- money in bank accounts in foreign banks located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the amount of deposits 1000 times the amount of the MCI established by the law on the republican budget and effective as of December 31 of the reporting tax period
- the share of participation in the authorized capital of a legal entity established outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Property both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad:
- share in a residential building under an agreement on equity participation in housing construction
-securities
- investment gold
- objects of intellectual property, copyright
- cash in an amount not exceeding the limit of 10,000 times the size of the MCI effective on December 31 of the year preceding the year of submission of the declaration
- accounts receivable, with the exception of debts to banks
- at the request of an individual, other property may be indicated in case of exceeding the cost per unit of 1000 times the size of the MCI, if there is a value determined in the assessment report.
