Report on the activities of the state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Akimat of Karasu district" on the provision of public services
1) Information about the service provider:
In accordance with the Register of Public Services (approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2013 No. 983) The state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Akimat of Karasu district" (hereinafter - the Department) provides 4 types of public services.

In 2021, the number of public services rendered amounted to 790, including 152 through a State Corporation, 638 through the e-government web portal.
2) Information about public services:
the number of public services - 4 services;
the number of public services provided through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" - 1 service;
the number of public services provided on a free and (or) paid basis - 1 public service is provided free of charge;
the number of public services provided in paper and (or) electronic form - 3 public services;
the number of approved subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services - 4.
3) Information about the most popular public services:
- State registration (re-registration), de-registration of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles and issuance of a registration document (duplicate) and state the license plate for them is 468;
- State registration (de-registration) of the pledge, registration of changes, additions (including transfer of ownership to another person, assignment of the right of claim, subsequent pledge (re-pledge)) and termination of the registered pledge, as well as the issuance of a certificate or duplicate of the state registration of the pledge of tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, special cross–country vehicles - 152.
1) Information on sources and places of access to information on the procedure for the provision of public services:
Information on the procedure for the provision of public services provided in the Department is posted on the official websites of the Akimat of Karasu district http://karasu.kostanay.gov.kz in the section "Public services". As changes are made to the subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services, this section on the website is updated. The information is also posted in the lobby of the administrative building of the Department and others in public places.
2) Information on public discussions of draft subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services: not available.
3) Measures aimed at ensuring transparency of the process of rendering public services (explanatory works, seminars, meetings, interviews, etc.):
In order to create conditions for the identification of facts or actions leading to offenses in the Department, a "helpline" 21-2-08 is organized and operates, through which citizens have the opportunity to report such facts. A feedback system has been established with the population by conducting personal receptions by the head of the Department.
In order to raise public awareness about the possibilities of obtaining public services, 1 publication was published in the mass media for the current period of 2021, according to the approved media plan.
1) The results of optimization and automation of public service delivery processes are not available.
2) Measures aimed at improving the skills of employees in the field of public services:
From August 2 to August 4, 2021, the chief specialist of the department took advanced training courses in the field of public services.
On an ongoing basis, explanatory work is carried out with employees on the public services provided, the main provisions of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", "On administrative procedures" are regularly highlighted in the classes of the School of Legal Knowledge.
3) Regulatory and legal improvement of the processes of rendering public services: according to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1) Information on complaints of service recipients regarding the provision of public services (appendix): there were no complaints about the provision of public services from service recipients.
2) Results of internal control over the quality of public services: public services are provided in accordance with subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services. For the specified period of time, the violation of the terms for the provision of public services by the Department has not been established.
3) The results of the quality control of the provision of public services conducted by the authorized body for the assessment and control of the quality of public services:
The State Institution "Department of Informatization, Provision of Public Services and Archives of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" held a control event on compliance with the legislation on public services from April 6 to April 12, 2021. Recommendations were given on compliance with the deadlines for the provision of public services, strengthening of explanatory work among the population about the public services provided, compliance with business processes for the provision of public services and the passage of advanced training courses.
4) Results of public monitoring of the quality of provision
