Ilyichevsky rural okrug of Karasu district consists of four villages: Komsomolskoye, Kyzketken, Novoselovka, Kunduzda. The center of the district is the village of Komsomolskoye, formed in1954. It is located 140 km from the regional center, 40 km from the district center.
Administrative-territorial division
The territory of the Ilyichevsky rural district is 115,155 hectares .
The population is 1,072 people (315 families), 320 households.
Entrepreneurship
52 economic entities are registered in the village, the main activity is crop production, animal husbandry, provision of services to the population.
The livestock of the Ilyichevsky rural District as of January 1, 2022 is 1,359 heads of cattle (including 1,022 cows), 491 horses, 965 sheep and goats, 1918 pigs, 14,720 birds of all kinds.
Education.
There are 2 schools on the territory of the Ilyichevsky rural district:
Ilyichevskaya Secondary School has an occupancy rate of 39.4% (capacity of 287 students, actually 113).
Novoselovskaya basic school with the state language of instruction with a 17.4% occupancy rate (capacity of 230 students, actually 40).

The forecast of income of the Ilyichevsky rural district (excluding transfers) for 2022 is determined in the amount of 2.5 million tenge, for 2023 in the amount of 2.6 million tenge with an increase of 4% against 2022, for 2024 in the amount of 3.1 million tenge with an increase of 23.5% against 2022.
Subventions transferred from higher government bodies to local budgets will amount to 24.1 million tenge, 25.1 million tenge and 24.8 million tenge for 2022-2024, respectively.
