The press release to the draft "On approval of the regulations on the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Karasu district" was developed in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 "On some issues of the organization of the activities of state bodies and their structural subdivisions" of the Akimat of Karasu district.
The project was developed in order to comply with the instructions for the development and approval of the regulations on the state body.
The adoption of the project does not entail negative, socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
