Press release to the draft on the approval of the Regulations on the state institution
The "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of the Karasu district" was developed in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 "on certain issues of organizing the activities of state bodies and their structural subdivisions" Akimat of Karasu the district.....
The project was developed in order to comply with the tools for the development and approval of the regulations on the state body.
The adoption of the project does not bear negative, socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
