The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan has established that pesticides (pesticides) used in agriculture are used by the population to treat apartments as disinfectants against insects and mouse-like rodents, which caused the death of three young children, as well as poisoning of three persons in Shymkent. According to the conclusions of the forensic medical examination, the death of minors and poisoning of other persons occurred from the use of pesticides (pesticides).
In connection with the above, the Prosecutor General's Office sent a letter to the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the development and adoption of preventive measures for the targeted and safe handling of pesticides (pesticides).
In accordance with the letter, in order to prevent accidents, the State Institution "Karasu district Territorial Inspection of the KGI in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" warns the population of the district that the use of chemicals for other purposes as disinfectants in residential buildings, utility rooms is strictly prohibited, as it poses a deadly threat to human life and health.
