A public service is one of the forms of realization of certain state functions carried out individually on the request or without the request of service recipients and aimed at the realization of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, providing them with appropriate tangible or intangible benefits. The Ethics Commissioner of the Karasu district, E.M. Mukhanov, held a meeting with civil servants of the Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Karasu district and with employees of the Employment Center of the Akimat of the Karasu district. He gave instructions to strictly observe the standards of public services.
