About determination and approval of locations of non-stationary commercial objects in the Karasu district

In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 50-1 of the Rules of Internal Trade approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11148), the Akimat of Karasu district DECIDES:

  1. To determine and approve the locations of non-stationary commercial objects in the administrative territory of the Karasu district, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
  2. State institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of Akimat of Karasu district" to provide:

1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Karasu district of Kostanay region after its official publication.

To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Karasu district.

This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
