The Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Karasu district (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that manages the development of the planning system that contributes to the effective implementation of the priorities of the socio-economic development of the district.
The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
The founder of the Department is the state represented by the akimat of the Karasu district.
The Department is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, as well as, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an account with the bodies of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and banks.

In 2020, 63,356 million tenge was allocated from the republican budget under the program "With a diploma - to the village" and 63,356 million tenge was spent at the rate of no more than 1,500 MCI per specialist or 4167.0 thousand tenge for a period of up to fifteen years at a remuneration rate of 0.01% per annum and 6.4 million tenge for the payment of lifting allowances to 23 specialists in the amount of 100 MCI or 277,800 tenge.
Budget loans for the purchase of housing were issued to 11 specialists in the field of education, 4-in the field of health, 1-social services.provision, 1-sports, arrived for work and accommodation in our district for a total amount of 63,356 million tenge.

To inform service recipients about the procedure for providing public services in the building of the district akimat on the 1st floor, there is a stand "Public Services", which contains regulatory legal acts regulating the provision of public services (standards, regulations and other reference information). In addition, information about the procedure for providing public services is systematically published in the local media, and is also published annually on the official Internet resource of the akimat of the Karasu district.

For further efficiency and increasing the satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of public service provision The Department plans to increase the number of events (seminars, meetings, explanatory conversations) aimed at providing service recipients with high-quality information on the procedure for providing public services with the participation of heads of state institutions of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agriculture, civil servants of the offices of mayors of villages, rural districts.
To be able to respond quickly in the provision of public services, it is necessary to provide feedback to service recipients. Perform monitoring of the assessment of the quality of services provided by service recipients and analyze the results of annual monitoring.
