on the provision of public services
1. General provisions
1) Information about the service provider:
In accordance with the Register of Public Services (Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK)The state institution "Apparatus of Akim of Zhambyl rural district" (hereinafter-Akimat) provides 18 types of public services.
Location of the Akimat, providing public services (address, phone number): Zhambyl rural district, Zhambyl village, Shkolny lane, house 6, contact numbers: 26-2-35.
In 2020, the number of public services provided amounted to 157, including 153 through the web portal of "electronic government", and 4 through the akim of the rural district.
2) Information about public services:

2. Working with service recipients:
1) Information on the sources and places of access to information on the procedure for the provision of public services:
Information on the procedure for providing public services provided in the Akimat of employment is available on the official website of the Akimat. This section of the website is updated as changes are made to the by-laws and regulations governing the provision of public services. The information is also posted in the lobby of the Mayor's Office building and other public places.
2) Information on public discussions of draft bylaws defining the procedure for the provision of public services: not available.
3) Activities aimed at ensuring the transparency of the process of providing public services (explanatory work, seminars, meetings, interviews, etc.):
In order to create conditions for identifying facts or actions leading to offenses, the Akimat has organized and operates a "helpline" 26-2-35, through which citizens have the opportunity to report such facts. In the lobby of the Mayor's Office, a specialized box "For comments, suggestions and responses"is installed for residents.. A system of feedback with the population has been established by holding personal receptions of the akim of the rural district.
Also, materials on the provision of public services are published on the official website of the Akimat and in the social networks Instagram of the Akimat and WhatsApp on a regular basis.
3. Activities to improve the processes of providing public services
1) Results of optimization and automation of public service delivery processes-not available.
2) Activities aimed at improving the skills of employees in the provision of public services:
On a regular basis, employees are provided with explanatory work on the public services provided, the main provisions of the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", "On Administrative Procedures" are regularly covered in the classes of the School of Legal Knowledge.
Employees of the Akimat conduct quarterly seminars with employees of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" on the provision of public services.
Civil servants are regularly trained in advanced training courses.
3) Regulatory and legal improvement of the processes of rendering public services: in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Control over the quality of public services:
1) Information on complaints of service recipients regarding the provision of public services (appendix):there were no complaints about the provision of public services from service recipients.
2) The results of internal control over the quality of public services: public services are provided in accordance with the subordinate regulatory legal acts that determine the procedure for the provision of public services. For the specified period of time, the violation of the order and terms of the provision of public services by the Akimat has not been established.
3) The results of the quality control of the provision of public services carried out by the authorized body for the assessment and control of the quality of the provision of public services:
