On providing candidates
with premises for meetings
with voters
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan» Akimat of Karasu district DECIDES:
Provide candidates with premises for meetings with voters on a contractual basis in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
To declare invalid the resolution of the akimat of Karasu district "to provide candidates on a contract basis meeting with voters" from December 27, 2019 No. 218 (published December 31, 2019 in Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 8847).
The state institution "Apparatus of akim of Karasu district" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the territorial body of justice;
2) the publication of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Karasu district after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the head of the akim's office of the Karasu district.
This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
