In accordance with paragraph 9 of article 139 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2015, by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 № 1193 "On the system of remuneration of civil servants, employees of organizations financed from the state budget funds, employees of public enterprises" with article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" maslikhat of Karasu district DECIDED:
- Establish an increase of twenty-five percent in the official salaries and tariff rates for health, social security, culture and sports professionals who are civil servants and work in rural areas, compared with the salaries and rates of civil servants engaged in these activities in urban settings.
- Recognize as invalid the decision of the maslikhat "On the establishment of official salaries and tariff rates increased by twenty-five percent for specialists in the field of health, social security, education, culture and sports who are civil servants and work in rural areas" dated March 18, 2020 No. 391 dated March 27, 2020 (published on March 27, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 9049).
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
