On amendments and additions to the decision of the Maslikhat
of December 28, 2020 No. 454 "On the district Budget
Karasu district for the years 2021-2023»
In accordance with Article 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Karasu district Maslikhat DECIDED:
Make the following amendments and additions to the decision of the maslikhat "On the District Budget of the Karasu district for 2021-2023" dated December 28, 2020 No. 454 (published on December 29, 2020 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 9671) :
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. To approve the budget of the Karasu district for 2021-2023 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2021 in the following amounts:
1) income – 4 738 141,0 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues – 1,567,234. 0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts – 13,548. 0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital – 13 688.0 thousand tenge;
transfer receipts – 3,143,671. 0 thousand tenge;
2) costs – 5,150,319. 8 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending – 60,563. 0 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans – 87,510. 0 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 26,947. 0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets – 0.0 thousand tenge, including:
acquisition of financial assets – 0.0 thousand tenge;
5) budget deficit (surplus) - 379 802.0 thousand tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 379 802.0 thousand tenge.»;
paragraph 4 shall be amended with paragraph 4-1, the following content:
«4-1. To provide in the district budget for 2021 the return of unused (underutilized) in 2020, targeted transfers in the amount of 226.8 thousand tenge, including:
from the republican budget of 2.9 thousand tenge, the regional budget in the amount of 223.9 thousand tenge.»;
annex 1 to the said decision should be redrafted in accordance with the annex to this decision.
This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2021.
