In accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of article 19, paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, subparagraph 6) paragraph 1 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", akim of Burlinsky rural district DECIDED:
To install the limited liability partnership "SilkNetCom" public easement on the land plot with a total area 0,0512 hectares, located in the village of Burli burly rural district Karabalyk district of Kostanay region, in order to design, laying and operation of fiber-optic communication lines.
State institution "Apparatus of akim of Burlinsky rural district" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Karabalyk district after its official publication.
I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
