The draft decision of the akim of the Burlinsky rural district " on establishing a public easement to the limited liability partnership "SilkNetCom" was adopted in accordance with sub-paragraph 1-1) of article 19, paragraph 4 of article 69 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, sub-paragraph 6) paragraph 1 of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated January 23, 2001.
The purpose of this draft decision is to establish a public easement on a land plot for laying a fiber-optic communication line on the territory of the village of Burli.
Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
