In accordance with Articles 104, 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Karabalyk regional maslikhat DECIDED :
Clause 1 of the said decision shall be reworded:
“ 1. To approve the regional budget of the Karabalyk region for 2020-2022 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:
1) income - 6 81 3 943.2 of thousands of and tenge, including by :
tax revenues - 1 1 83 961 , 0 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts - 16,548.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - KZT 9,087.0 thousand;
receipts of transfers - 5 60 4 347.2 thousand tenge;
2) cost - 6 7 7 0 561.9 tysyach and tenge;
3) net budget crediting - 181 367 , 5 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans - 217 849 , 5 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans - 36,482.0 thousand tenge;
4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 83 038 , 0 thousand tenge, including: acquisition of financial assets - 83 038 , 0 thousand tenge;
5) deficit (surplus) - - 2 21 024.2 of thousands of and tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget 2 21 024 , 2 thousand and tenge . " ;
Clause 3 of the said decision shall be reworded:
