On the basis of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan " , paragraph 4 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan " On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the akim of the village Lesnoe DECIDED:
n reamble the said decision in a new edition:
" On the basis of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 " On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan " , paragraph 5 of Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016" On Legal Acts ", paragraph 4 of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 " On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan ", according to the joint resolution of the akimat of the Kostanay region dated January 11, 2019 No. 1 and the decision of the maslikhat of the Kostanay region dated January 11, 2019 No. 357 "On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Kostanay region " ( published January 29 2 019, in reference control m bank normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, of aregistrirovano the Department of Justice of Kostanai region January 22, 2019 № 8243 ) , mayor of the village of Forestry decided:
in the title of the decision, the Esenkolsky rural district should be replaced with the village of Lesnoye ;
Clause 1 of the said decision shall be reworded:
"To assign the names of the constituent parts of the village of Lesnoye according to the appendix "
1) state registration of this decision with the territorial body of justice;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet - resource akimat Karabalyk district after its official publication.
4 . I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
5 . This decision comes into effect upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
