To receive public services, the service recipient fills out an application on the portal in the form of an electronic document.
Information on the identity document of the legal entity, on registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, registration of an individual entrepreneur, or on the start of activity as an individual entrepreneur, the service provider and the service recipient receive from the relevant state information systems through the e-government gateway.

Grounds for refusing to provide public services established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
|
The Service Provider fails to provide a public service for the following reasons:
