Draft decision of the Maslikhat of the Karabalyk district "On Amendments and Additions to the decision of the Maslikhat dated August 28, 2020 No. 531 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the List of Certain Categories of those in Need", in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in The Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of the adoption of this draft decision is to provide social assistance to certain categories of needy citizens. Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
