The draft resolution of the Akimat of the Karabalyk district "On the establishment of a quota of jobs for the employment of persons registered with the probation service for 2023", in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Employment of the population".
The purpose of the adoption of this draft resolution is to create jobs for persons registered with the probation service.
The adoption of the draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
