3 . The state institution "Akim's office of Burlinsky rural district " is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has a seal and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, accounts in the treasury bodies. 5 . If the state institution "Akim's Office of Burlinsky Rural District " is granted the right to carry out income-generating activities by legislative acts, then the income received from such activities is directed to the state budget.

4) the implementation of measures to strengthen the rule of law and law and order, increase the level of legal awareness of citizens and their active civic position in the social and political life of the country;
5) interaction with public organizations and the media;

5) promote the implementation by citizens and legal entities of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of central and local state bodies;
6) ensures the proper execution and distribution of acts of the akim;
7) organizes, in accordance with the plans, the office work of the state institution "Akim's Office of the Burlin rural district" ;
8) considers official documents and applications of individuals and legal entities, organizes a personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by the akim;
9) takes measures aimed at the widespread use of the state language;
