Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition will be carried out within fifteen working days from the date of the start of accepting applications from January 25 , 2021 to February 12, 2021 (acceptance time from 9-00 until 18-30 hours with a lunch break from 13-00 to 14-30) at the State Institution "Department of land relations of the Akimat of Karabalyk region" at the address: Kostanay region, Karabalyk region, Karabalyk village, Kosmonavtov street 16. Application for participation in the competition is submitted on paper, on purpose, either by mail or through the web portal "electronic government" in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 "On Information" before the deadline for submitting applications. For applications in the competition submitted through the web - portal "electronic government", competitive proposals for participation in the competition are submitted to the organizer on purpose within fifteen working days from the day the applications start until the end of the specified period.
