In the area of "Identifying corruption risks in regulatory legal acts", the following were studied: Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On public procurement" dated December 4, 2015 (taking into account amendments and additions dated June 30, 2016 ), The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 5, 2015 No. 320 "On approval of the Rules for the appointment and payment of state targeted social assistance" and on the basis of the standard regulation on precinct commissions approved by order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 2009 No. 29-p, Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2017 No. 339 “On approval of the register of public services rendered to physical and legal persons ", standards and regulations of state services meadow provided to the Akim's Office of the Novotroitsk Rural District, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Procedure for Considering Applications from Individuals and Legal Entities" dated January 12, 2007 (with amendments and additions as of May 16, 2018).

There were no dismissed civil servants for negative reasons.
In the direction of “Identifying corruption risks in organizational and management activities”, no violations of the adopted anti-corruption restrictions and prohibitions were found, the team works stably, there is no staff turnover.
3. Analysis to identify corruption risks in the provision of public services:
In the 2nd half of 2020, 24 public services were provided, there were no refusals to receive public services.
4. Analysis to identify corruption risks when registering applications from legal entities and individuals:
In the 2nd half of 2020, applications were registered: 8 of them are individuals - 7, legal entities - 1. There were no complaints received in violation of the deadlines. At the personal reception of the akim of the rural district - 4 were registered.
In the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Novotroitsk rural district" according to the schedule, the akim of the rural district conducts a personal reception of citizens.
