On the basis of the order of the akim of the Urnek rural district of December 21, 2020 No. 72, an internal analysis was carried out in the State Institution "Akim apparatus of the Urnek rural district" for the second half of 2020. On a quarterly basis, the akim of the village conducts explanatory work with the employees of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Urnek Rural District" on the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025, about the inadmissibility of committing corruption offenses and responsibility for these acts. Measures are taken in a timely manner to prevent conflicts of interest, there is no conflict of interest. From July 1 to December 22, 2020, the State Institution "Akim Machinery of the Urnek Rural District" prepared 41 draft orders. For the second half of 2020, 6 applications from individuals were registered, 6 applications were registered at a personal appointment. Of the appeals received, the nature of the issue of appeals: 5 appeals - consumer services for the population, 1 appeal - general issues of entrepreneurship. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Individuals and Legal Entities", answers were given. In total, 6 applications were considered, explanations were given by phone - 6. At the end of the reporting period, there were no pending applications. There were no complaints from legal entities. There were no repeated appeals. There were no violations of the deadlines for the execution of documents for the reporting period. For the 2nd half of 2020, 1 state service was provided - "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require tenders (tenders, auctions)." On the control of local content in the field of public sector procurement, the chief specialist provides information to the finance department on a monthly basis, public procurement contracts are concluded and paid in a timely manner. The analysis found that there are no corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution “Akim's Office of the Urnek Rural District”.
