On amendments and additions to the decision of the maslikhat dated December 31, 2019 No. 455 "On the regional budget of the Karabalyk region for 2020-2022"

In accordance with Article s 106 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 4, 2008 Karabalyk p Iona maslikhat DECIDED :

1. Write the solution of maslikhat "On the regional budget Karabalyk district in 2020-2022 years" on December 31, 2019 № 455 (published January 15, 2020 in the reference control bank norm n s legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under No. 8887) the following changes and additions:

Clause 1 of the said decision shall be reworded:

"one. To approve the regional budget of the Karabalyk region for 2020-2022 in accordance with Appendices 1, 2 and 3, respectively, including for 2020 in the following volumes:

1) income - 6 5 55597.7 thousand tenge, including by : 

tax revenues - 1 183 961.0 thousand tenge; 

non-tax receipts - 16,548.0 thousand tenge; 

proceeds from the sale of fixed capital - 9087.0 thousand tenge;

receipts of transfers - 5 346 001.7 of thousands of well tenge;  

2) costs - 6 5 13 417.6 thousand tenge;  

3) net budget lending - 210,265.5 thousand tenge, including:

budget loans - 2 46 747 , 5 thousand tenge;

repayment of budget loans - 36,482.0 thousand tenge;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 8 1836 , 8 thousand tenge, including: acquisition of financial assets - 8 1 836.8 thousand tenge; 

5) budget deficit (surplus) - - 2 49 922.2 thousand tenge; 

6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget 2 49 922.2 thousand tenge . "; 

paragraph 8 of the said decision shall be supplemented with subparagraphs 26), 27), 28), 29), 30) , 31) as follows:

“26) for the installation of modular buildings ;

27) for current repairs of the roof of administrative buildings ;

28) for the purchase of goods to comply with sanitary and epidemiological requirements;

29) for the purchase of modems and routers for students studying at home ;

30) on remuneration of teachers in classes on duty ;

31) for organization and distance learning . ";

2. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
