On approval of the Charter of the State communal state-owned
enterprises "Kamystinsky district House of Culture of the Department of Culture
and the development of languages of the Akimat of Kamystinsky district"
In accordance with Article 42 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Kamystinsky district DECIDES:
To approve the attached Charter of the Kamystinsky District House of Culture of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Kamystinsky District.
To repeal some resolutions of the Akimat of the Kamystinsky District:
1) Resolution No. 172 dated December 18, 2015, "On the Renaming of the Kamystinsky District House of Culture of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Akimat of the Kamystinsky District";
2) Resolution No. 65 dated June 1, 2017, "On Amending the Resolution of the Akimat of Kamystinsky District
