The department performs public functions and implements public policy in the field of local self-government.
-1) Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot;
-2) Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership and do not require bidding (auctions);
-3) Allocation of a land plot for the construction of an object within a populated area;
-4) Sale of a land plot to private ownership in one payment or in installments;
-5) Placement on a waiting list for obtaining a land plot
Public services are provided by service providers; through the E-licensing information system; through the E-SESDO information system.
In 2022, the Akim's office provided 28 services, including:
- 26 services to legal entities through the E-licensing system
- 2 services to individuals through the E-licensing system.
In the first quarter of 2023, the Akim's office provided 4 services, including:
- 2 services "Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of a land plot"
