Digital Kazakhstan
Digitalization efforts lead to the creation of a new society where human capital is actively developing – knowledge and skills of the future are nurtured from a very young age, business efficiency and speed are increased through automation and other new technologies, and the dialogue of citizens with their states becomes simple and open. The digital revolution is happening right before our eyes.
These changes are caused by the introduction of many technological innovations in various industries in recent years. The ways of production and value creation are changing dramatically, and new requirements for people's education and work skills are emerging.
Big data and ubiquitous connectivity are among the factors driving
on the basis of which the "sharing economy" is being built, which is spreading globally at an accelerated pace.
These changes are radical and take place in a matter of years or even months, rather than decades, as before. But this is just the beginning, and the world has yet to experience the bulk of the changes. The pace of change is increasing, but it's not too late to be a part of these changes.
The process of digitalization today affects almost all countries of the world. At the same time
time has passed, and each country determines its own priorities for digital development. More than 15 countries
The world is currently implementing national digitalization programs.
The State provides support in the field of the regulatory framework,
synchronization and cooperation with key stakeholders (regional authorities and
others), as well as creating incentives for "digitalized" industries.
The state can provide a "digital leap" in the country through accelerated development-
the development of specific technologies. In such cases, the State assumes the role of in-
the investor who determines the key, most promising areas of financing-
based on the assessment of a long-term return on investment, a competitive position,
It is also invested in the fundamental conditions of success, such as education.-
recruitment and retraining of personnel.
8 Another global trend is the "self–digitization of the state", i.e. digitalization
operations of the state and state-owned companies. Self-digitization is a task that must be implemented by any state aimed at maximizing economic value creation, increasing well-being, and taking a worthy place in business and living standards ratings.
The developed program "Digital Kazakhstan", which should become the basis for the rapid growth of technology in the republic and the reorientation to the electronic format of providing services to the population of the country, is receiving considerable attention in Kamystyinsky district. For example, as part of this program, surveillance cameras were installed in the Kanon residential complex, which made it possible to prevent offenses and monitor order in the peasant economy. Thus, in 2021-2022, more than 6 video surveillance cameras were installed in the Kanon residential complex.
