A MEMO on the delivery of gifts received by persons holding a responsible state position, persons authorized to perform state functions, persons equated to them (except for candidates for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan or maslikhats, mayors of cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts, as well as members of elected local government bodies), officials, as well as persons who are candidates authorized to perform these functions (hereinafter referred to as – persons), to the authorized state property management body or local Executive body

Face within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt (detection) of gifts (received without the knowledge of the person; received by the person in connection with his official position or official duties; transferred (handed) in public or during formal events in connection with his official position or official duties) to hand him in territorial divisions of Committee of state property and privatization of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – authorized body) or local Executive bodies (hereinafter – LEB).
