On 30.04.2026, public discussions were held on the draft detailed layout within the boundaries of Dostyk – Kamshat Donenbayev streets in Kostanay
In accordance with paragraph 34-13 of the Rules for the Development, Coordination and Approval of Urban Development projects (master plans of settlements, detailed planning projects and building projects), approved by the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 30, 2020 No. 505, public discussions on the draft detailed layout within the boundaries of Dostyk – Kamshat Donenbayev streets of Kostanay are considered accomplished.
