On amending the decision of the Kostanay Regional Maslikhat No. 117 dated November 12, 2021 "On approving the amount of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in the Kostanay region"
Kostanay regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Add to the decision of the Kostanay regional Maslikhat "On approving the amount of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in the Kostanay region" dated November 12, 2021 No. 117 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 25291) the following change:
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the amount of payment for one cubic meter of drinking water supplied to the population from particularly important group and local water supply systems that are non-alternative sources of drinking water supply in Kostanay region:
1) for consumers with drinking water metering devices – 90 tenge, including value added tax;
2) for consumers who do not have drinking water meters – 100 tenge, including value added tax."
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
